我是庭維,品牌名稱「樹仔下」。經營2公頃的農地,全面採用自然農法,主要種植芋香米和黑米,還有一小部分的皎白筍。除了生產外,進行二級加工開發多樣產品,同時提供農業體驗,形成六級產業。初來乍到,缺乏農業經驗,卻對農村生活充滿熱情。離開軍中後,追尋健康農村生活的夢想,開始自然農法的嚴格執行。
雖然一開始對農法不了解,但通過實際操作和學習,選擇了最嚴格的自然農法。在農業生涯中,遇到最深刻的挫折是在第二年,被以高價賣了一台插秧機,雖然令人不悅,卻使我更加獨立和中立。農村生活充滿著人際關係的複雜性,但品嚐到自家種植的米飯,每一次都讓我感到滿足和感動,這也成為我堅持的動力。雖然農村生活充滿挑戰,但同時也帶來豐富的經驗和成就感。
I'm Ting Wei, running the brand "Under the Trees". Managing a 2-hectare farm, I exclusively use natural farming methods, mainly cultivating fragrant taro rice, black rice, and a small portion of bright white asparagus. Besides production, I process crops into various products and offer agricultural experiences, forming a holistic industry. Despite lacking experience initially, my passion for rural life led me to embrace natural farming methods rigorously. Despite setbacks, like being sold an overpriced machine, rural life's complexities are balanced by the satisfaction of tasting homegrown rice. While challenging, rural life brings rich experiences and a sense of achievement.
