友善烘穀兼碾米廠實行烘穀與碾米的整合作業,經營者-帥之說由烘穀槽開始,穀子經割取後進行低溫烘烤。達到濕度後,穀子被卸出,可冷藏或碾米。低溫製米約8至16小時,保證出品的米更美味。廠內有機碾米與友善碾米機器,防止污染。
